Crispy Karela Batata Fry
Ingredients
- 4 Karela (Bitter Gourd)
- 2 Potatoes
- Oil for frying
- Salt to taste
- 1 tsp Red chili powder
- 1 tsp Cumin coriander powder
- ½ tsp Lemon juice
- 1½ tsp Sugar powder
Instructions
Light peel karela and cut in to long strips according finger shape.
Remove seeds from karela.(optional)
Also peel potatoes and cut in to long strips.
Heat oil in a pan at medium flame.
Fry karela till it becomes crispy.
Also fry potatoes till it becomes crispy.
Mix karela and potatoes.
Sprinkle red chili powder, salt, cumin coriander powder, sugar and lemon juice on it.
Mix well and serve hot.
