Masala Peanuts
Ingredients
- 250 gm Roasted peanuts (Peeled)
- 1 tbsp Coriander leaves (Optional)
- 1 Tomato (chopped) (Optional)
- 4-5 Garlic Cloves (Optional)
- 1 tbsp Oil
- ¼ tsp Turmeric powder
- 2 tsp Red Chili powder
- 1 tsp Garam Masala powder
- 1 tsp Cumin Coriander powder
- Salt according to taste
- 2 tsp Sugar (powdered)
- 1 tsp Lemon juice
For seasoning
Instructions
Heat oil in a pan at slow flame.
Add peanuts and stir fast in oil.
Add turmeric powder, red chili powder, salt and cumin coriander powder.
Mix well and add sugar and lemon juice in it.
Stir properly. Sprinkle garam masala or chat masala on it.
And garnish with tomato and coriander leaves.
Serve as a chat or fasting snack.
